1933 Plymouth by Matchbox

The '33 Plymouth is a rare car type in my collection. The style is classic such as the round and large fenders, tapered front, and spare wheel at the back. This is unlike most of the cars in my collection that are exotic sports cars or modern sedan cars. I got this car because it piqued my interest and give classic cars a chance to shine in my current collection. The paint designs are very few and those are on the doors. There is a large text logo in the front door for a fictional Matchbox Originals police department. Additional little paint designs are on the lower front corner of the front door, and door handles for both doors. Dream Tomica Mothra by Tomica

I picked this model because it looks interesting and part of the Godzilla universe. I do not have much idea about this character, except it has a movie featuring its battle with Godzilla that I read on the wiki. I will have to watch that movie to know more about this character-turned-to-Tomica collectible. The Mothra van looks like a large moth larva. The way it was made was creative like using the side windows as the spots usually found on moths, and the back door in the form of the hind part of a moth. In contrast with the Godzilla truck, the Mothra van has regular sized wheels, making my guess of the latter being smaller than the former. The body paint is flat brown with some character and car paint designs. I think the front lights are the eyes, and the break lights are made to look like some protruding moth body parts. '67 Chevelle SS 396 Mystery Model by Hot Wheels

Monster Jam Monster Mutt Mummy by Hot Wheels

Our Monster Mutt Mummy just arrived in our mail box! It looks really cool in its package! I have some photos of the packaged truck for you to browse. I will do a video review of this model next week, out of its package for maximum enjoyment. Thanks for looking! Airuption by Hot Wheels

The Airuption is a fantasy model of a combined vehicle. It is both a car and a plane. I think in the world of Hot Wheels fantasy, this can run fast and fly far places. If this becomes real, it could go fast, but can only fly short distances. This is like the Batman Tumbler that can jump some feet away like in the roof top scene. This is a fun model because it has some working parts. You can pose this as the car mode with the wings folded, or in plane mode with the wings spread. It is easy to spread the wings, all you need to do is to gently pull one wing on the side, and the other wing will follow. All the paint designs are on the red metal body. I think this is fine because the Airuption has more metal parts and working wings. Thanks for looking! Monster Jam Predator Bone Busters Collection by Hot Wheels

The Bone Busters Collection is an exclusive set from Walmart and the final Monster Jam trucks to be released by Hot Wheels for Halloween 2018. We chose the Predator among the five trucks because it is filled with paint designs and we like cats. From what I recall, Predator is a panther-themed truck. Predator appears as an undead skeletal truck with cracks and gaps. The truck has most of the bony parts in the middle to front, some at the back, and the rest in black paint. The paints on this truck are flat paints to make the bony paints dry. There are some black paints in some areas of the bony parts like the eye sockets, ears, and nostrils, to make them look empty. The text logos remain the same from the name of the truck to the sponsor logos. The included accessory is the stunt ramp, colored with the base dark green color. Thanks for looking! Dream Tomica Godzilla by Tomica

If you need a car that looks like Godzilla in your collection, this is the model you need! The Godzilla car looks similar to his main appearance that is converted to diecast vehicle form. Godzilla's main features like the face, fins, and scales are in the model. It even has a form for his tail at the back of the car. In terms of being a car, the Godzilla car looks like an armored car. The scales and body form makes it appear tough and hard. The windows are tinted to let the focus turn to the eyes. I tried to peek through the windows and it was opaque. This model might not have any interior detail. The wheels are rugged and large, but retains the Tomica wheels pattern.  The paints are few and it captures the real colors of Godzilla. More photos after text. Thanks for looking! Welcome to the Diecast Collection Photoarts Blog!

Welcome to the Diecast Collection Photoarts Blog! This is the new version of my Google Plus page with the same name. Like the old version, this blog will feature photos of my diecast collections of different brands. Some of the brands are Tomica, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and Bburago. This is the staging area of the models that will eventually be featured in my Diecast Collection Videoarts Channel. I highly recommend visiting the channel using this link. https://www.youtube.com/diecastcollectionvideoarts I made this blog because Google Plus will be removed after several months. I will continue the quality of posts that I made in that Plus page here. You will see some changes on appearance like backgrounds or layouts in the next few weeks because I am still getting used to this new platform. Please bear with it. A question about the content is how should I begin the collection posts? Should I start with the existing post, like a continuation? Maybe a fresh new start for this b
