Majorette Porsche 934 Porsche Edition

Matchbox 1964 Ford Fairlane

The 1964 Ford Fairlane done by Matchbox appears to be a custom edition. At first glance, you will see the wheels pushed further inside the chassis, and the body is lower than usual. I compared this model with some photos online and both are different in the aspects I mentioned. Other than the model being a custom, this is a nice car included in the mainline release of Matchbox. Paint designs are on the sides that include door handles and paint stripes. The rest is all metallic blue paint on the body. The model has a spacious interior with the large back storage area after the seats. A detail I find really cool about this model is the set of foot pedals in the driver's side. This is a rear detail that is usually omitted by designers, but that is here. If this model is converted into a real car, the storage area will have problems because of the pillar in the middle. Hot Wheels Sting Rod Treasure Hunt

The Sting Rod is a fantasy model of an assault vehicle. It is packed with heavy armor, large off-road wheels, and weapons. The passengers of the vehicle will have limited visibility because of the small windows. This is needed to add more protection to the passengers when this is in action. The props and body makes this vehicle one of the larger models released. The Sting Rod is a colorful assault vehicle that will most likely attract kids instead of dinosaurs. If this must hide in the surroundings, it is most likely unable to, because of some bright colors. The paint designs cover the top and front, and a little bit of the front. There is no interior in the Sting Rod but in exchange, it has a working feature. The front guns can raise and lower if the back missiles are pressed and released. For me, the Sting Rod is one of the fun treasure hunt models released and, too bad, many collectors ignored this one. Before you go:    Visit my YouTube channel called Diecast Collecti

Hot Wheels Aisle Driver

The Aisle Driver is a fantasy model of a racing pushcart. I don't think this pushcart can hold any grocery item with its appearance. The pushcart has an open front and back basket that will certainly make grocery items drop the floor as it moves. This idea most likely came from role-playing a pushcart as a race car that some people do when they do groceries. The pushcart uses the Hot Wheels default wheels setup with the large wheels at the back and regular wheels at the front. The metal part is dedicated to the basket. The basket has some mesh patterns and a couple of pegs in the middle that is most likely can be used by Lego minifigures. The plastic base has a bumper in the front and footstep at the back. The yellow driver figure does not move but can be detached from the handlebar and attached to the other parts of the basket. The figure can stand on its own and is similar to a Megabloks figure. I was wondering how this model can run if this becomes real. I cannot see any

Maisto Diecast Icons 2009 Corvette C06

I only had small scale Corvettes and always thought that they were just another muscle car. When this larger scale model came out at a wholesale store, I took a chance of getting one in addition to a couple of cars in the same series. Good thing I did it because I got to appreciate the beauty of Corvettes with this C06. The model is 1:24 scale and has more details than the smaller diecast cars such as side mirrors, spoked rims, and plastic on the metal body. The interior is easy to see because of the opening doors. The paint designs are the large paint stripe in the center over the yellow body and the Corvette logos. The interior paint designs are extremely minimal and applied on the steering wheel. There is a sticker attached on the dashboard console behind the steering wheel, a regular feature of Maisto models. I think this Icons series is a level below the Special Edition series because it lacks a fourth opening feature and the wheels do not turn. I remember Maisto making mode

Hot Wheels Galactic Express

The Galactic Express is the bigger sibling of the Mad Manga. It is a fantasy representation of a real Japanese Dekotora or Decorated truck. The truck has some metal parts that are on the front top and bottom. The rest are plastic. The trailer is all plastic. The reissue of the first edition of the Mad Manga is included with the Galactic Express. I am certain that the designers followed the color scheme of the car for the truck. Both has the same violet color and dynamic fantasy paint designs. The truck and trailer can detach for display options. The Mad Manga and other cars can be placed in the trailer. Some things to consider when putting cars in the trailer are their lengths and heights. If the car is too wide or tall, it may not get in the trailer. The trailer can hold at most one full car, or a second smaller car if attempted. I am glad that this model got a reissue because I missed the first run of this truck set. When this came out, I grabbed it and it was worth it, bei

Spin Master Monster Jam Wonder Woman

The Wonder Woman truck is our second Spin Master Monster Jam truck in our collection. It looks great with the Spin Master look because of the details. I really like the regular details like the not-too large wheels, chrome through the frame, and detailed frame and roll cage. The color theme of this truck uses the latest Wonder Woman costume and not the original TV series. The paint designs mimic the armored costume of the modern Wonder Woman like the gray fenders and ribbed paint designs at the front hood. The magic lasso is made with hard plastic and attached at the truck bed in the back. Like other Spin Master Monster Jam trucks of this scale, it has the chrome driver in the interior that makes this truck cooler. The Wonder Woman truck includes a plastic female driver figure in dark gold color. Hot Wheels Night Shifter Target Edition

The Night Shifter is probably one of Hot Wheels' favorite fantasy models. This car can be thought of as the same popularity with Bone Shaker and 16 Angels. The car appeared in some online commercials and retail store posters. It is now in the Target Store Exclusive edition with the color theme of the store. The model has a different set of wheels, raised chin, separate back wings, and exposed motor parts. There is a side mirror on the driver's side that is uncommon to have with fantasy models. With these things, the Night Shifter is most likely a very fast fantasy model. The interior has details like the two car seats, dashboard, and steering wheel on the left. If this were real, I think I will have second thoughts on driving this car because the interior looks cramped. This may be needed to make the car faster by cutting through the wind. The paint designs are on the sides like many mainline models. The paint designs have the name of the model, paint stripe, and a racer

Matchbox Trail Trawler

Matchbox has been making models with rear hooks to attach something from the back. That is good, but there are very few modern haul models to use with those hooks. If there is a model, it is usually in a 5-pack which is disappointing. Only recently attachable models were made in single packs like the Speed Trapper and this Trail Trawler. The Trail Trawler is a Matchbox Originals of a something like a mobile truck bed. It has casting details for a raft, canisters, boxes, and tools. The paint designs are placed at the back to give life on the brake lights and license plate holder. The front has the attachment part to connect another model with a rear hook. This is a fun model and more of its features will be revealed in its own videoart.
