Majorette Porsche 934 Porsche Edition

Tooned '69 Camaro Z28

Hot Wheels used their talents to cartoonify this muscle car. It is now deformed to be shorter and wider to belong to their fantasy world. Some of the details cartoonified are the engine, wheels, and interior. I think I would pass if someone offers me to test drive this car if it becomes real. It would be difficult to navigate the front with the large engine blocking the view. On the good side, this car may be really fast in a race track with this setup. The paint designs have different colors dripping in the black metaflake body paint. This is an art car and it has the letter 'Y' on the roof. Ferrari 430 Scuderia

The 1/43 version of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia by Bburago looks good, even if some of the details were not translated accurately from the real car. The wheels are the same size, gaps on the wheel well are enough, and side mirrors formed as small stumps. The other details look fine such as the air intakes, diffusers at the bottom back, and interior. The paint designs are few and those were applied on the Rosso Corsa paint. I think this car was given the look of a racing car with the paint stripes. Text logos and badges were placed on most parts of the car except the front. There are some silver paints on the engine and makes it look better and realistic. 1965 Ford Ranchero Mystery Model

The 1965 Ford Ranchero is the third prize or special car in the Hot Wheels Mystery Models Series 3. It has the beach paint designs on the body, covering the top and front. I think this is a rescue truck because of the text logo "Surf Rescue" on the paint designs. The casting details show that this truck is a custom one with part of the engine visible through the front hood. The engine has the same chrome color with the interior and front details, making them together in a large chrome plastic part. I think this is a medium size truck because the interior has only two car seats, and the rest of the back is filled with the covered bed. 2017 Honda Civic

I like how Matchbox is putting the correct amount of paints on the important parts of a car, like this 2017 Honda Civic. It is filled with the light blue body paint and the paint designs are on the front and back parts. The car looks like a premium car with this setup. The casting details are excellent like the same sized wheels, interior, and the rare side mirrors. There are even wipers on the front windshield. Monster Trucks V8 Bomber

The V8 Bomber has been treated as one of the chase models in the first series of Hot Wheels Monster Trucks. I think this became a chase because of its late release from the rest of the trucks. It took us some time before getting this model with the other collectors hoarding it. Other than being treated as a chase model, the V8 Bomber is a regular Monster Truck model. The body of the V8 is made with shiny ZAMAC like the Walmart exclusive Hot Wheels models. It has a paint design similar to a fighter jet, complete with the number of defeated trucks in the side of the bed. I believe this truck is the equivalent of the Hot Wheels Team Firestorm truck with the teeth design in the front. Hot Wheels went short on the paint designs of this truck with the tailgate left blank. The dark green color was used as the second main color theme on this truck like on the rims, frame, and roll cage. '68 Corvette Gas Monkey

I have no idea what this Gas Monkey Garage is all about and just picked this model because it looks good. All I know is that Gas Monkey Garage is some kind of car assembly show. The Gas Monkey car looks really similar with its mainline version. If you are not aware of the mainline's appearance, you might mistake this one as the mainline. The Pop Culture version has some additional paint designs like the rivets on the front hood, interior, and gas door at the back. The wheels have better rims and rubber tires. The body is the same with the mainline version such as the large engine in the middle, chrome bumpers, and exhausts at the sides. The base is metal like other premium Hot Wheels models. If you have the mainline version of this model, and missed this version, I think it's fine to skip this version. The mainline version can rival this version because both are pretty. The differences between the two are few, like the packaging, wheels, and price. This one is more ex

Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

I picked this Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV because I like Mitsubishi cars in my collection and even if had no idea what PHEV means. I deduced that Outlander can be Mitsubishi's way to classify this vehicle as an SUV, with a larger capacity for space and an additional door. But after reading about PHEV in their site, I discovered that this is one of their latest models that uses hybrid power as fuel. The Outlander features larger Tomica wheels that is usually found in SUV or truck type vehicles. The front has paint designs that has the 'X' pattern with plastic lights. The back is also detailed with paints on the logo and break lights. The interior has a right-hand drive wheel and multiple passenger seats. The space at the back is accessible with the opening back door. Like most Tomica models, this has the fun working suspension. This is also the special color version release model.
