Jada Toys scale their models a bit larger compared to other diecast brands. For example, their 1:64 scale cars look like 1:55 if placed side by side with 1:64 cars. That is fine because with a larger scale, Jada Toys can add more details like they did with this Trueno.
The 1986 Toyota Trueno is part of the JDM Tuners 1:64 series. I think this is series 2 because the car list in the packaging consists of a new set of cars, including this one. The Trueno is not a basic version, but a modified version. I said this because it has a more extended set of fenders and lowered stance. The paints on the gold body are few but those are in the right places. This was hard to find and it took us weeks before getting this, and it was worth it. Maybe it was hard to find because it is a gold Trueno? (^_^)
