I took a chance in getting a 5-pack Matchbox and one of the models is this Opel Speedster. The first thing that I checked was the paint designs. I am glad the model has enough paint designs on the casting details like the lights. I observed the interior was a bit large and checked the copyright date at the bottom for clues. I discovered that this model is one of the older Matchbox cars with the date as 2002. This is fun, knowing that this is one old model released again for present day collectors.
The details in this older model has more gaps than most present models to show plastic interior parts. The back window does not have plastic, but I think the real car does have a window on it. The air intakes on the sides and the vent at the back shows interior plastic parts.
I look forward to seeing the rest of the models in the 5-pack of this Opel Speedster!
