Majorette Porsche 934 Porsche Edition

Tomica Honda VFR Police Bike

Hello there! If you have been following my blog, you notice it stopped updating again prior to this post. The past month have been an adjustment period for me because I have more things to do outside of my diecast hobby. This month will be different because I now have some grasp on the reigns of my duties and started to free more time to do diecast blog posts in addition to making short scan reviews. I will be making a post each week in addition to the short scan reviews, and we start with this Honda VFR Police Bike.

The Honda VFR Police Bike is the only motorcycle model in my Tomica collection. I got this bike out of curiousity since I have mostly cars and some trucks in my current collection. It has pique my interest Tomica motorcycles and will likely get more for my collection.

You may notice the metal parts seem to have lost its shine, particularly in the stand and belt part in the bottom, and some plastic became a bit colored yellow. The Bike is one of my earlier purchased Tomica models and displayed it on my desk for a long time. No regrets on the fading as the enjoyment of displaying the model far outweighs keeping it in the package for resale value.

Even if the Bike is a small model, Tomica placed a couple of working features in it. It has turning handle bars effectively turning the front wheel and adding more display options like in the pictures. The stand has been placed in a good place allowing the Bike to be displayed standing instead of trying to figure out how to display it using an improvised stand. The wheels do look like they are made of rubber because of the feel. If you have this Bike, feel the wheels and they do not feel hard. Well, they could be made of soft plastic much like the squeezable cars in Hot Wheels Monster Trucks.

The Honda VFR Police Bike is a nice police bike in my collection and still looks great even with staining and yellowing in some parts.

Now, what does "VFR" mean? Your guess is as good as mine!

5. Dear reader, do not get me wrong. I am in no way sponsored by any brands like Maisto, Bburago, Tomica, Matchbox, and Hot Wheels. I am doing my honest reviews because I appreciate the arts in the models, not because they were done solely by the brand. I review the model car or motorcycle as I see it.

Thanks for looking!

Matchbox Porsche 911

The Porsche 911 Turbo is the third car in the 5-pack. It comes in red, shiny body paint with some paint designs in the right places. This is a cool car because it is very detailed for a Matchbox model. It has wipers, side mirrors, same sized wheels, and detailed interior. The model is an old casting, based on the date. I checked the date and it says 2001 with the old Matchbox logo during that year. I noticed that the 911 is a wider model compared to the present releases. It may be the standard size during those years that allowed the designers to add more details than usual. Majorette Porsche 934 Porsche Edition

Hello Reader! Welcome to the blog! If you are a frequent visitor, you noticed it has been a while since I posted here. My supposedly once a week plan kind of have gotten off-track because of things outside of my hobby. I still make time to continue with the blog like now, and will try to restart my once a week post plan. To begin the restart, here is the Porsche 934, Porsche Edition by Majorette. Porsche 934 Right Side. The Porsche 934, or the 934 is a car from the 5-car Porsche Edition set by Majorette that is exclusive to Target stores. I found this set at a Target and it looked like it was a peg warmer since there we multiples of it. The multiples looked like it had not moved much and a kind of dusty. I took one home for my collection because I know Majorette is a premium brand and it has nice details. Porsche 934 Front Right Side. Out of the 5 cars in the set, 2 were exclusives to this Porsche set. The 934 is one of the exclusive cars and it looks really good. The paint designs are

Hot Wheels Mystery 3 Chase Bone Shaker

The Summer Bone Shaker becomes a silver chase variant in the Mystery Models Series 3. This is the open rooftop edition that shows the detailed interior in chrome. The car has been repainted with a cool satin blue paint on the body. The paint designs have an aggressive racing face on the sides that are blended with black waves. Some more paint designs with the racer number 2 are on the front hood. This Summer Bone Shaker must always be a part of any core Bone Shaker collector.
